About Me

Hey there, I’m Margaret.

I’m so glad you're here. As a nurse with 10 years of experience, I’ve seen how trauma profoundly impacts not just the mind, but the body and spirit. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that many of the struggles people face—whether physical, emotional, or mental—often trace back to some form of trauma. Childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and religious trauma are common roots, and these experiences often lie beneath the surface of ongoing challenges like anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and a variety of other symptoms that can feel overwhelming or even isolating.

Through my own personal healing journey, I discovered that the key to healing these deep childhood wounds is embodiment—reconnecting with my body in a way that felt safe and empowering. As I worked through my trauma, I learned that healing was not just about processing what happened, but also about coming back home to my body. I want to help you do the same.

I offer coaching that creates a safe space for you to explore your past, understand how your trauma has shaped you, and discover pathways to healing. But healing isn’t just about talking—it’s about being fully present in your body. Through somatic practices, breathing techniques, and embodied exercises, I guide you to reconnect with your physical self, helping you find peace and strength from within. I also incorporate spiritual tools like tarot, oracle, and pendulum readings to offer insight and clarity, guiding you toward enlightenment. This holistic approach addresses the mind, body, and spirit, supporting your full, integrated healing process.

In addition to working with individuals, I offer consulting services for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, as well as career guidance for those navigating the emotional and physical demands of the healthcare field. I also provide consulting for fellow trauma coaches, helping them incorporate trauma-informed practices into their work.

At the core of my practice is the belief that healing is not only possible, but available to everyone. By reconnecting with your body, your mind, and your spirit, you can cultivate a life of authenticity, self-compassion, and lasting transformation.

You are not broken. You are becoming. and I’m honored to walk beside you as you rise.
